Character Information
Historical Figure: Hadrian, emperor of Rome
Journal:
soulroamer
Goes by: Hadrian Aiello
Birthday: January 24
Age: 29
Occupation: architect for one of the leading architectural companies in the world; his job often has him traveling around on commissions
Background: Hadrian is the second of three sons, all of whom were born within two years of the other. He'd lived in Italy for most of his childhood, but he spent his teen years in the U.S. He'd led a fairly uneventful life— he'd done everything as he was supposed to, went to school, got all the high marks, went to college, graduated with honors. He'd majored in art and business and somehow found himself a job as an architect with those degrees. He's been working for his company for five years now, and is considered a favorite not only within the company, but among their loyal customers.
Just this last September, Hadrian was diagnosed with lupus after taking a company physical. He's yet to show any symptoms, but he's already started taking precautions and set up his will and investments. He hasn't told anyone in his family yet; the only people who know are his doctors, his bosses, and his lawyers.
Personality: Hadrian has what some might call an Atlas complex. He's a very responsible man, and capable too, so he often puts a lot of pressure and responsibility on himself. He's the man who always does what he's told and never steps out of line, and if you're in a pickle? He's the one to go to.
He's got a very good sense of Right and Wrong, and tries to live by his morals whenever he can. He's the annoying sort to always pay his bills on time and has never, ever once gotten a parking ticket. He'd be the country's Most Upstanding Citizen if he didn't hate the President so much.
But above all else, Hadrian is driven by his passions. Despite his somewhat stiff, stick-in-the-mud lifestyle, he is a very emotional man— oftentimes, he just doesn't allow himself to indulge in them.
Important Details: was diagnosed with lupus last September; travels a lot due to his job
